Dear Customers,
Over the past 15 months we have been working really hard behind the scenes...as you can now see from our latest change, My NuWeb follows the same design & style as our websites, but here is all we have been working on:
1) We launched My NuWeb (was My Dribb) as a stand-alone client support and billing site (mynuweb.co.uk).
2) We migrated NuWeb Solutions hosting and mobile app customers over to the new My NuWeb system, creating a single support and billing location for all customers.
3) We took Dribb radio streaming services to create a new brand (NuCast.co.uk) and merged Dribb web hosting services into our existing NuHosting.co.uk brand.
4) We launched our new Radio Streaming services via NuCast, based on a new modern control panel, brand new servers based on the much faster SSD storage technology and now located at our U.K. data centre (previously older panels and lower spec. servers located in USA).
5) We launched new services including Video Stream Hosting (via NuCast), WordPress Hosting and Business Hosting (via NuHosting), more to follow.
6) We launched new cPanel servers (via NuHosting), these are new machines and are using faster SSD storage technology, we migrated legacy Dribb hosting customers over from old HDD storage servers in the USA to the new hosting plans on the brand new U.K. based servers.
7) We launched a new design for My NuWeb - this for us coordinates design across all our brand sites (NuHosting, NuCast and now the My NuWeb client area - others to follow), a single cohesive design ethos across our sites, all sites linking into each other - allowing us to have separate websites solely dedicated to specific products and services while maintaining a single customer support and billing point (My NuWeb).
Work is very much still ongoing and we are always listening to customer feedback, your feedback is very important to us so please do keep making suggestions on what you think we can do better and/or change, these changes are largely based on customer feedback already received so we most certainly listen and act upon feedback, for now that is all I have to update you on in terms of the changes across our business, I will post an update again in the coming months as we launch other currently pending brands.
